The Spa’s Own Fitness Centre
Use of the high-quality fitness centre is free of charge for our hotel guests. We offer a wide range of activities for guests who enjoy sports and exercise, including aerobics classes, aqua gymnastics, Nordic Walking and outdoor sports facilities.
Our modern fitness centre is an ideal place to keep your body active during your stay. Cardio and strength-training machines are available, while professionally trained personal trainers provide advice and personalised training plans for guests of all ages.
Training with a POLAR heart rate monitor is also available. During the first few minutes of exercise, in the warm-up phase, the special heart rate monitor determines the guest’s current physical and mental condition and establishes an individual heart-rate-based training range – the OWN ZONE – in which fat burning and aerobic exercise can be particularly effective.
Beyond the fitness centre, our trainers and activity staff offer various exercise opportunities in the pools, on the sports courts, at the pétanque court and during organised walks around the boating lake. Active guests can take part in competitions and family sports programmes, while those looking for gentler activities can also try pétanque or Nordic Walking.
Your personal trainer is a highly qualified fitness professional who creates an individual training programme based on your physical abilities, health condition and personal needs.
The main focus is on maintaining health and improving general well-being. Your trainer will help you plan your workouts, use the equipment correctly and make your training sessions varied and enjoyable.
During the first session, the trainer assesses your physical condition, lifestyle and personal goals. Practical assessments and fitness tests are carried out using cardio and joint-friendly strength-training equipment.
With the help of a special Polar heart rate monitor, the trainer determines your individual heart-rate-based training zone according to your current physical and mental condition. The next step is to assess strength and joint mobility.
The assessment provides an overview of your current fitness level and can serve as a useful basis for comparison during future assessments.

Aquapad is similar to Aquarelax in its environment and effects. This individual treatment lasts 30 minutes.
Special floating pads are attached to the body, allowing greater freedom of movement and deeper relaxation. The combination of weightless floating and water massage provides a unique relaxing experience.
